Kielbasa and Parmesan noodles. A quick, delicious dinner your whole family will love!
This is my go-to dinner on nights when there are meetings, homework, and general chaos. Kielbasa and Parmesan noodles. Easy, fast, hearty, and healthy. Made with turkey kielbasa, green peppers, onions and buttery Parmesan noodles! Yum! I always have the ingredients on hand because I stock up on them when there are BOGO deals. This dish is easy to prepare and only takes 20 minutes to make. There is always plenty for my
horde of locusts 3 teens, hubby and I, and some leftovers for hubby’s lunch the next day. Yay!
Here are the ingredients:

- 1 pkg. turkey kielbasa or turkey sausage (these have less fat and taste just as good as pork varieties) *
- 12 oz. bag No Yolks dumplings
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper (to always have chopped peppers on hand, see what I do here)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 – 1/2 c. butter or butter spread (depending on how “buttery” you want your noodles)
- olive oil for sauteing
*I usually use turkey kielbasa, hence the name of the recipe, but this time turkey sausage was on sale, so that is what I used. I like them both, so whichever you prefer is fine.

While waiting for the noodle water to boil, chop up the peppers, onions, and kielbasa.
While the noodles are boiling in the pot, saute the onions and peppers in a little olive oil.
Add the kielbasa. I like mine to be a bit crispy, but really, it just needs to be cooked through.
Once the noodles are cooked and drained, put them back in the pot and stir in the butter until melted and noodles are evenly coated. Then add the Parmesan cheese.
Next, add the kielbasa and veggies to the noodles.
Here’s what it looks like all mixed together.
I sprinkle on a little more Parmesan once it’s on the plate.
