A great way to clear the clutter but keep the memories is to take photos of items before you get rid of them.
Set the dining room table with your favorite linens and china and take photos before gifting, donating, or selling it.
Take pictures of the bedroom furniture set that is too big for your new space, etc.
Upload all those photo memories into a digital frame to keep the memories long after the items are gone.
Digital frames are great organizing tools because you can store hundreds to over 1,000 (depending on the memory capability) of photos in one place.
They are not very expensive. You can find good quality frames for under $100, some are under $50.
Many are now also wifi enabled so you or your kids and grandkids can upload photos right to your frame from anywhere as well.
